Derreck called this morning, he is doing fine. I think he had a longer time to talk, but I had to go as I had to work. Hopefully we will get a call on Sunday. He seems up beat. He is platoon leader still. He is not sure if he likes it that much, as there are some who do not listen or do what they are supposed to do. But he said that it was a good honor though. Never thought he would have been choosen.
So the waiting continues....
